    Please acknowlege that our concerns are being addressed!


    Hey Microsoft? Has any support person ever been assigned to Bingo? Do any of you MS people ever even look at these posts? Do you ever look at the complaints against Bingo on Xbox? There are serious problems with dropped connections from all over the world.
    Do the servers for Bingo have a crank handle on the side to power them?

    Have the decency to at least respond to the complaints. Maybe if you bring Bill Gates back customer support may be like the old days.

    Concerning the MadeByYou Gamer Pic Contest Winners

    Myself and a few other winners of this contest are getting concerned once again.

    We all received the same email on Jan 8th asking for our age and address. However none of us have received any confirmation from the person that requested the info nor the prizes being sent.

    Could the (very helpful) moderators here please confirm the below address being in reguards to the contest? We're bit worried we may have been tricked for our info.

    Could we also be informed as to when the prizes will be shipped and the winning gamerpics making it to the marketplace (for free I'm assuming).

    Is anyone from microsoft going to help us? I was advised to add my query as a new topic, i had commented on a thread with the same problem but with different games missing. thought someone may have at least acknowleged my issue. Or are we wasting our time?

    Yep, I have played all night for the past week in games that let you play with a bad rep.

    I have seen no improvement to my rep though. This is really getting depressing.

    Please, somebody on the Enforcement team address our concerns.

    Our suggestion here, please attempt following our how to update your Microsoft account if you’re moving
    to a new country or region     for steps on changing your Microsoft account region to ensure that it is correctly set to your current address.
