Playstation Remote Play & Windows 11 Strange Behaviour

I have installed remote play on two brand New identical PC's with Windows 11 and getting different behaviour !

When I log into the PC that works correctly with the PC , remote play connects to PS4 and you have to presss PS key to login and switch to your profile.

However I have another laptop same as first where the PS remote play behaves differently . I connect to the PS4 through remote play, it logs me in and will not switch profiles to the account I have logged in.

I have tried uninstalling and removing the cache directory and contents it leaves behind but upon reinstalling it displays the same behaviour , does not matter which PSN account I login with it does the same. It is like there is other remote play configuration exists in windows 11 but I cannot find it to remove for a real clean install.

Any ideas on how to find the information held in cache to remove so I can get a clean install might help - Thankyou

Issue is caused by change in the Playstation Remote play. The program now logs you in automatically and you need to have a spare dummy account to initially connect with the playstation then you can switch to the account you wish to pay with. It works , Sony just need to provide better user documentation and advise on changes like this .

Given that we are having issues plainly with the PC and there could be connection if you were running the Windows/Xbox Insider build while performing the attempt to do Xbox remote play. We also need to look at the other side that this could be caused by the Windows profile.

Attached are the screenshots. My upload is a little low right now only 9.75MBPS when I did a network test (not pictured), usually around 10-15

I am trying to remote connect via the Xbox App. I have tried on my Win 11 Desktop, VM Machine Running Win 10 and Surface running Win 10 Pro

I cant even get into the system for remote play, it gives me the error as seen on the first screen

As suggested by my colleague, would you mind performing the troubleshooting under Network issues provided from this support article - Troubleshoot remote play gaming.

We would like to know you will encounter any issue when playing Xbox Cloud games without connecting to Xbox Series X or doing remote play.

Are we having issues playing any games in your Xbox app lately?

Are we a Windows Insider or perhaps an Xbox Insider?

Can we try to replicate if same issue happen if we are using local user account in Windows?
