PlayStation and Vbuck Giftcard

I typed in my vbuck gift card and it gave me my 12 digit PlayStation card but I didn’t screen shot it. For some reason my phone refreshed and is now not letting me get my 12 digit PlayStation code to redeem my vbucks, what do I do?

So my xbox was on fortnite and my cousin spent my giftcard for vbucks it was 20 bucks and he spent it???! How can I get it back

So i got a 25$ giftcard so i went to the vbucks store and bought just 10$ worth of vbucks but i didnt get it but on my microsoft money i didnt have the 25$ i had 15$ but still didnt get vbucks and then it said something about the store being temporarily
disabled how do i get the 10$ worth of vbucks i didnt get back so that the 10 dollars i spent was for something instead of being a scam

Unless he purchased the vbucks directly from Microsoft(Xbox) there is nothing we can do here. The game is not made by Microsoft it is made by Epic and Sony makes the Playstation. If the vbucks were purchased from Microsoft, then they need to be redeemed by logging in to Fortnite on an Xbox.
