    Playstation and Microsoft Account


    I got locked out of my Playstation Network account and Playstation basically said "oh well make a new one." The issue is my kid used it to play Minecraft. I made a new Playstation account and tried to sign into my Microsoft account for Minecraft and it won't let me. How do I fix this so my kid doesnt lose everything? They already lost everything on other games, Sims 4 being one of them.
