    Playing Xbox in public places


    Please move this to an appropriate section if needed. I couldn't quite pinpoint the correct one.

    I run a small bar and I was wondering if it is legally okay to bring in my Xbox360 console and let the guests play (for free, no charge) on the console while they enjoy their drinks. I would assume so, since I would not be charging anyone to use the console,
    but I wanted to make sure.

    It is 100% legal. As you are not charging anyone, and you are giving the people playing it consent to use your own console.

    I would also recommend against letting people have access to your gamertag while using it for this purpose. I would definitely require a password on it just in case someone decides they want to hop on and do something to it or steal the console.
