    I cant play any multiplayer games. It either says you are not connected to xbox live or that I am not connected to the internet. But, when I go to settings and check my internet connection, it says that it is all good. And, I got this problem like on
    1/8/21, but my last xbox live payment was 8/20/20. Also, my dad says that he payed for the xbox live. I changed the wifi chip and it still doesn't work. What can I do?

    I agree with TNUC, sounds like a faulty DVD drive.

    If your console is still under warranty, they should fix it for free.

    It sounds like you are having the same problem as I had with my Elite console. Where the disc drive for whatever reason is going faulty, have you phoned customer support?

    Xbox not playing games...

    try resetting your router and modem to see if that works. If that doesn't work then try clearing your console's cache by going to settings, storage, hdd,press y button, select clear cache then restart your console. hopefully this will resolve your issue.

    There are some Xbox games available through the 360 marketplace or you can purchase them on disc through a game store. It just depends on what games you're looking for.
