    Playing the Daily Challenge in Solitare


    I get the following message for the Daily Challenge "Download error. An error occurred while trying to download data from our servers.

    Please check your internet connection and try again". The individual solitare? games work just fine. I have recently changed from AT&T to

    Comcast. Could this be part of the problem?

    Unable to launch event

    I did reboot my laptop, it did not solve the issue. I also uninstalled microsoft solitare app, and reinstalled... did not help. The daily challenges work fine, just the events are not launching

    This is suppose to be a free game but mine has just stopped working and now when I try to re-down load it XBOX is asking $9.99 per month to play it.

    There is no game called ms solitare daily challenges those are just html 5 webgames only vavailable on the Web not pc or consoles although should be playable on console since edge supports html5 games

    You can download the free ms solitare collection from the xbox store if you have windows 10 or higher

    error code 002408

    This error code has been popping up for daily challenges in Mahjong, Taptiles, and Solitare for me the last two days. This is on Win 8, and started after the app updates of two days ago. There are a couple of threads about this on the Microsoft support
    site too.

    i have removed microsoft solitare app from my PC also renamed C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution to oldsoftwaredistribution backed up PC reloaded the app.

    this resloved all my problems including iPhone as well
