    Playing robots on MS Solitaire


    I am tired of playing robots on Events. Recently a numerous (199) time first place person-robot finished 6 puzzles in 4:14. It is IMPOSSIBLE to defy the laws of physics. A human cannot click a mouse fast enough to finish a puzzle in 7 seconds!

    Why can't you, Microsoft, separate the robots from regular humans?

    It is NOT humanly possible to move at super speed working puzzles and especially if you have to restart a puzzle. WE humans can tell the robots from us.

    What button do you push to move at warp speed finishing a difficult puzzle?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games community. Towards
    the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also.

    Thanks for responding. I do not have Facebook. Is there any other way to contact them?

    I tried to sign up for Facebook but they wanted too much information from me and I did not go for it.

    Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.

    The problem is that I have a laptop with MS 10 and play the MS solitaire via Xbox site. I bought a Android Samsung and put the MS solitaire on it but when playing it on the Samsung it won't allow me to keep the record of completion on the xbox site so
