Playing on 2 different xbox consoles

I understand that you are having trouble playing Hogwarts on two different Xbox consoles at the same time. This is because the game has a feature called Smart Delivery, which allows you to play the best version of the game for your console, but not both versions simultaneously. You can only play the game on one console at a time, regardless of which edition you purchased. To switch between consoles, you need to sign out of one console and sign in to the other. According to the official FAQ, the game does not support cross play or cross-progression, which means you can only play it on one console and not transfer your progress to another one. This is because the game is a single-player experience with no multiplayer components.

Thank you for your response and I appreciate your wide understanding about the game features. As for downloading the game on both of your Xbox One and Xbox Series X console, the Digital Deluxe Edition bundle includes both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S Digital versions. To download it you may go to your Xbox Consoles My games and apps or go to Microsoft Store App and search for the game.

That part I understand. But the deluxe edition that was purchased has a digital xbox one version and xbox series x version with the purchase. So why can't I have them both install. I have an xbox one and x.

Just like EggsBoxJuan said, you can not be signed in on both at the same time...

However, you can have your profile on as many consoles as you want..
