No. Since the game wasn't released on the 360, it wouldn't be possible to play it on the 360.

Yes, Just dance 2021 is compatible on the series X/S you just need a smartphone app for motion detection. The new consoles unfortunately don’t support kinect.

The Kinect is no longer manufactured or supported any more by Microsoft. No it's not worth it now. The latest Just Dance games can still be enjoyed by using your phone. More info here
