Playing Jurassic Park Operation Genesis on Xbox 360

Hopefully someone can unlock the following for me for my son. He has recently bought a copy of Jurassic Park Operation Genesis to play on his Xbox 360. One of the Xbox's he uses is a couple of years old, 250GB version, and it works without a problem.

The second Xbox he uses is brand new, the 4GB version, and it won't work at all. I read some forums and found that you need an internal hard drive to play this game. He therefore bought a 120GB hard drive (through Amazon) which I understand to be authentic
which was added and shows as visible at 106GB however still no joy. It says you may need to download the game but when you insert the disc it doesn't give the options (like other games do) to download.

Jurassic Park Operation Genesis Won't Save When I Shut Down

I am playing Jurassic Park Operation Genesis on my Xbox 360 but despite me saving my game, each time I come back to play, I have to start all over again. Is there a fix for this?

 

Xbox One backward compatible with Original Xbox?

I have Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis for the original Xbox. Any chance there is (or will be) backward compatibility from Xbox One? I'd LOVE to play it again it I could!

 

There are no official 120gb hard drives for the Slim consoles, only 250gb, 320gb, and 500gb. He would need an official MS hard drive in order to play the game.

Since it's an original Xbox game it will not have the option to install the game.

As long as it's an official hard drive, it should work.

 

I have a HDD hard drive will that work?
