Playing Game on Console not being recognised for Reward points.

Hey thanks for replying my achievments are popping fine for gamerscore it is the rewards quests that the problem has arisen some showing as done and others i have done not being recognised as being completed. Completed last months no problem and got the
bonus reward points for completing them

I have the same issue. Game is at 100% and have the stud shower running on Yavin as the big reward and yet I'm over 600 gamerpoints down where episodes haven't been recognised as being complete.

Oh ok I understand, therefore could I be refunded for the game I brought?

Hi AIM1. We've looked into your account and it is working properly. We see that you've made pre-order purchases that do not qualify for MyVIP, therefore you have not been awarded Credits for those purchases. Your last qualifying purchase was made in June
2016, and you currently have pending payback Credits for that. You can view them in your MyStatement. Other than the surveys, you have not completed any other offers that would award Credits. To see your current offers, view your
MyMissions page.

You don't earn the 40,000 points for purchasing 1 item. As it says, you can earn up to 20 points for every pound you spend, so 40,000 points is the maximum amount of points you can earn with that promotion. Points for purchases should be added within 48 hours of your purchase. If you're not getting those points, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
