Playing CODBO6 on Xbox cloud and in game chat won’t work

This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

“Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

I’ve spent 4 hours trying to get this to work, nothing works, I’ve switched to my sons account on my Xbox launched the game and it works? Won’t load on cloud gaming either, I can’t seem to find any other information on it or how i can delete the game save from the cloud as there’s nothing on my Xbox, this is very frustrating

1. When did the issue started?
   
2. Is this happening to Fortnite game only?
   
3. Do you have error message? If yes, do you mind sending a screenshot so we could for us to isolate the issue better?
   
4. You made mentioned that you have tried a lot of setting adjustments, may we know what have you done so far?
   
5. Have you tried connecting the controller and headset to another device?
   

Just to give you possible steps on fixing it. Kindly follow the steps or check if you have done this already.

• Restart your game. This will often fix small issues like this.
  
• Check your internet connection. If your connection is poor, it could be causing the game chat to not work.
  
• Make sure you have the latest game update. Sometimes game chat issues can be fixed by simply updating the game.

I have no idea if my friend has tried it but it’s not the game that’s being installed but an update, and it says I’m not connected, but every other online feature works. I’m mainly annoyed that my Xbox won’t sync, is it the cloud saved data or?
