    Can everybody this homophobe on xbl 'Beamzybaby'.

    Sorry but no, it's your job and the players in the game to report him. Any of us that report won't do anything except get marks for abusing the report system. If I was to log on right now and file a report MS would get a report from me that shows absolutely nothing other than I haven't played a single game with that person.

    Hello Alpha, you shouldn't have a problem because the Microsoft team do look into it and if something does happen you can log into your account and go to the enforcement page on xboxlive.com and ask them to take a closer look into
    the report and the should get back to you with what they found if you were wrongly reported.

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance of spam bans.

    If you have done nothing to violate the Code of Conduct you have nothing to worry about

    Abusing the reporting system against people who have done nothing wrong might get you in trouble if you continue to do so. Also, getting on the forums and threatening to continue to abuse the reporting system is probably also not a wise decision. You're

    You can report this as abusive behavior

    If you believe that an Xbox LIVE player has violated the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, you can file a complaint against that player. To do so, open the player's profile, select File Complaint, and choose the specific reason for the complaint. You may choose
    from the following:

    •Profile: The player's gamertag, personal picture, or personal information contains inappropriate material.

    •Text and Voice Communications: The player used vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening language in voice or text communications.

    •Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communications.

    •Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox LIVE, or the feedback system.

    For your situation I would recommend Tampering.
