    My son had all the points/money and players stolen from his Fifa 14 profile...How can this happen???And what can been done???

    Cant purchase Fifa points for Fifa 14 with my life account money

    I think this might have something to do with an ongoing issue that EA is looking into in regards to FIFA 14 and the ability of people purchase items in FIFA 14.

    In order for someone to have done this a trade would have been initiated by both parties. So either your son gave the characters to the person in game in hopes of seeing a return or he gave the other person his username and password for the account and
    the other person just swapped everything over.

    You can try and contact the developer to see if anything can be done from there end and/or file a complaint on the other user using the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions.

    Whatever you do you should change the password of the account just to be safe and talk to your child about internet safety.

    I have checked with my son...he did not give out his password...he has friends who only have his profile...he does know about internet security...I have contacted ea to see what can be done...I have changed password just to be on the safeside...I know of
    others this has happened to....

    Side-Note: The reason some players don't show up on your recent players list in FIFA 14 is that FIFA 14 is cross platform, and those users were likely connecting from a Playstation 3.
