    I was recently playing online on Rainbow six, fell upon a team that kept killing me and maling fun of us trough out the whole match, at a certain point they stopped their chattering and started messaging me and talking to me specifically over the chat.

    they claim to have my ip addres and credit card information, as well as knowing my home address.

    is their anything i can do?

    i already reprted them, but im not sure if it will help at all.

    didnt mention both players since im not sure if im allowed to say their profile names

    Hello, reporting is the right way to go. You can also refresh your router to get a new IP address. If it doesnt refresh the ip address that way, you might need to contact your isp to have a new one issued.

    As long as you have reported this other user via their Xbox Profile then you've done the right thing. You can also block communications from the other user via their Xbox Profile as well.

    Greetings, the issue is the credit card authorization is trying to verify the billing address. You should contact your credit card company and ask them for the billing address for the card, they will have this information. Enter that information as the
    billing address in your Xbox. It should go through then.

    Sorry NGO that is not correct. MS does not have the means to get an home address from an IP address. This is why he will have to go to the cable company/internet provider and thus need another warrant. The cable company is who issues the IP address and will
    be able to track it. MS does not have any way to get this information simply from an IP address. Xbox has no way of finding this information simply from an Xbox connecting to the internet. Xbox does not issue IP addresses the (Internet provider) DOES and this
    is who will be able to provide a home address.
