    Please double check if all your privacy settings are enabled here:
    https://account.xbox.com/Settings
    Under “ Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety”

    and also make sure to have allowed this option under “Privacy”
    “You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text
    Decide whether to communicate using voice & text with people on gaming services outside of Xbox Live, such as PC and PlayStation.”

    Muting on a player by player basis making playing online with kids in the room bad. Please add muting all.
