Player voices coming through tv

Discus and support Player voices coming through tv in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; while I am playing overwatch I can hear players through my tv when I only want to hear them through my headset.     while I am playing overwatch I can hear players through my tv when I only want to hear them through my headset. How do I make it so people's voices only play through my headset.

    Do YOU play with chat through speakers?

    Actually, I DO play with the voice through the speakers. This is because I have a wireless hedset that plugs into the TV. I use the kinect to talk. There is no sound coming out of the TV though, and if I did not play voice thorugh the speakers I would
    not hear them in the headphones I have.

    I don't have the new adapter either am using the standard headset.voices where coming through the TV .i did the update controller and right away voices came through party

    Is there any way to play chat through "headset and television" like on the 360?

    I really hope Microsoft sees this thread and updates the Xbox One's audio settings so that your own voice comes through both the tv speakers and the headset. As a new Youtuber I am very disappointed that I cannot record my own voice on my videos without
    splitting and splicing wires from my headset and controller so that my voice is transmitted through my tv speakers and recorded along with my game and party chat audio from friends. I am using an Elgato Game Capture Card and it only records audio that comes
    through your tv speakers. Since the Xbox One only allows my voice to come through my headset and not my tv speakers I am unable to record my own voice. So this method of splitting wires and using the Kinect microphone causes a reduced quality and an increased
    echo to my voice audio, making my videos have an overall horrible sound to them. By having my voice audio go through both my headset and tv speakers I would be able to record my voice with good quality. If Microsoft truly cares about it's consumers and making
    the Xbox One an "all in one" media center with social media support then it really needs to make the change in allowing players to have their voice chat audio go through both the headset and tv speakers in its next update.

    Mic monitoring only let's you hear your voice through the headset. Do you perhaps have your voice to come through the tv as well? If not have you tried a different controller or headset?

    I don't think that will be fixed. The voice problem is just the audio coming out of their tvs and back through their kinect.

    I'm having a similar issue as well, though everything other then voice comes in through my sound system, and the speech is trying to come through my TV...its realllly annoying.
