    player unknown battlegrounds, Updated and won't recognize Xbox Gold Account


    I updated PUBG and when I started the the game and tried to connect, it takes me to purchase an Xbox Gold Account, which I already have. I double checked to confirm it in the settings, just to see if my xbox recognizes the account, I also did a hard reset.
    Don't know where to go from here , maybe reinstall the game I don't want to lose saved data though.

    If you purchased from a 3rd party retailer that was participating in the promotion, they would have provided the code to PUBG. I recommend reaching out to the retailer you purchased from to see if they were participating and could provide a code, however
    we are unable to guarantee that they would be participating.
