Discus and support player image in xbox profile in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; good morning, the problem I have in the xbox app in windows 10, is that I can not place a personalized image on my profile, I can not join clubs...     Imagem Perfil [Translation: Profile Image]

    Estou tendo dificuldades de troca a imagem do perfil que aparece aqui no site do xbox. No Console está com a imagem de perfil e jogador certa, mas no site aparece uma imagem como se fossem doces flutuando. alguém sabe me dizer o porque?

    I can't download my gamer profile!!!

    Hi! I have a big problem with backward compatibility on Xbox One. I was gonna play to Witcher 2 and Assassin's Creed II which are on Xbox 360.

    I already installed both games, but when I want to start on the screen have an information about log account problem. I cant log, but I'm already log in (automaticlly log in) see and download my gamer profile, because it's is not avaible

    After those informations I can play on AC II but without saves, but Witcher 2 cannot run without this gamer profile and the problem is on all three profiles.

    What should I do? It is very irritating!

    How to verify profile picture?

    Hello Heave, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

    To verify your profile photo on Xbox, you can follow these steps;

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & System, select your profile, and then select My Profile.
    Select Customize Profile > Change Player Picture.
    Choose your gamer image from those shown, or select Take a photo of my avatar or upload a custom image.

    If you choose to upload a custom image, you will need to connect a USB device that contains the JPG or PNG image you want to use. The image must be a minimum of 1080 x 1080 pixels.

    After uploading the image, it may take a while for your custom image to appear while it is verified that it is suitable for use. If it is not, it will revert to the last player image or avatar you were using.

    You can also change your gamer image with the Xbox mobile app. You can choose from the Xbox library of player images, or add your own image directly from your mobile device1.

    Hey there darkfalco Mx.

    Are you referring to your Xbox One Gamerpic? I'm afraid Xbox 360 Gamerpics do not carry over to the Xbox One and if you have already chosen an Xbox One Gamerpic, there isn't an option to revert back to an Xbox 360 Gamerpic. Thanks for your understanding!

    you may have past been reported or your player image may have been reported.

    also atm microsoft have suspended custom player images added to the profile!

    Oh, I'm sorry you're going through this situation. I will tell you the correct steps to upload a custom image to your Xbox account.

    To upload a custom image, connect a USB device with the JPG or PNG image you want to use.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & System, select your profile, and then select My Profile.
    Select Customize Profile > Change Player Picture.
    Select Upload a custom image and choose one to use from your connected device.

    Note: Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts.

    It may take a while for your custom image to appear while we verify that it can be used. (If not, the image will revert to the last player or avatar image you were using.)

    You can also try changing the image using a mobile device, in case these steps do not solve the problem you are experiencing.
