    I have a problem with my xbox account, i have 2 players ID, 1 in xbox 360 and 1 in xbox ONE, well when i tried to join my xbox live account from my microsoft account it loggin directly to the xbox 360 profile, the worst is that i
    cant even change the profile, so my problem here is that the progress of the games are in the xbox one account and i cant link the xbox one account to the microsoft account, dont know why becaouse it use the same email, so if u can help me guys i would be

    Hi every xbox live account is associated with a microsoft account. So even your xbox one account where all your progress and games are saved has a microsoft account. It is probably a different one than the one you keep trying to sign into. Try requesting
    your microsoft account infromation using your email. You will probably get two different responses, use the one you are not familar with to log into your xbox one's account and use that in the future. Hope this helps!
