    Hello, I'm speaking on behalf of my little brother who uses this account. Recently he tried a game swap with someone and, of course, it was a scam, and after buying them a $18 game he said he wanted another game. That, however is
    not the real problem, as this player began repeatedly reporting him until he got banned, and driving our account's status from "Good Player" to "Needs Work," and approaching "Avoid Me." I was wondering if there was any solution to this problem - we just changed
    the name to see if that would work, but I'm asking just in case.

    Console breaks when we play Kinect

    Hi everyone. Our console plays endlessly perfect as long as my kids dont use Kinect.

    Once they put in a Kinect disc, boom! few minutes of play and the red lights come on. Two lights!

    What do we do? We are out of warranty.

    How do I recover the purchase history from an account that was compromised?

    Yes I have tried to call several times and it says "Unable to complete your request for a call back" endlessly. I spoke to a live agent earlier and I was supposed to receive a certified email from Microsoft regarding my account recovery and a transcript of our chat but I never received either one.

    This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Please be advised that with regard to Xbox suspensions or Enforcement actions, only the Xbox Enforcement team are handling these cases. Please visit https://enforcement.xbox.com/ website using your account to check for an option to apply for a case review.

    About reporting a player, we cannot get banned if they mass report our account as long as we haven't broken any rules. Based from the article below, it says "There's no set number or frequency of reports that'll guarantee a suspension. If a player receives numerous reports but hasn't broken any of our rules or policies, we won't issue an enforcement action against their profile.
    However, even one report can be enough to lead to an enforcement action if we determine our rules or policies weren't being followed."
