Played a game on my account before but Xbox wants me to purchase it again?

A few years ago, Red Dead Redemption II was available through Game Pass. Perhaps it was through there that you had been playing the game rather than having actually purchased the game?

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Download the Xbox mobile app on your phone then try installing and launching the game using the Xbox mobile app and let me know if it works.

As said before I made sure to migrate the account. I signed in with my microsoft account. I still show my java edition username and skin. However, it still wants me to repurchase the game. I also own bedrock edition but wants me to purchase it also. I tried the uninstall, reinstall, and restart to no avail. Still wants to make me purchase both editions once again.
