Support...beginning to believe that no one actually reads the posts or cares about the issues that continue to plague your Bingo game. Never see any responses from Microsoft regarding the frustration that Players are experiencing. Perhaps you should just
remove "SUPPORT" AND ADD "VENT" since that seems to be all we are doing. Why don't you quit allowing Players to choose Power Ball numbers when the game isn't ready? It just takes the coins, goes to another countdown, takes more coins, goes to an advertisement,
takes more coins, and then it fails to reimburse the 2 extra charges when the game finally starts. It is especially frustrating when you get kicked out and you can still hear the numbers being called!! Some Players pay for those coins and I'm pretty sure
they don't appreciate having 300 coins just disappear. What does it take to get a response from you???

Microsoft, please fix you issues with ripping off coins!!!!

Yet another loss of coins on my first game of the evening!! I purchased my power ball numbers and system crashed. Everything blinking, wouldn't stop, had to leave game, get your warning that all purchases will be lost, and no choice but to back out. Please
fix your game we are all tired of losing the few coins that we do earn. Well over 2000 coins lost and it is getting more than frustrating. Hesitatating to even play the power ball anymore.

Bingo powerball is ripping off coins!

Please fix your game. I have had to choose my power ball numbers 3 - 4 times in a row when the game keeps going into commercials or the system is suddenly unavailable. I have lost over 2000 coins since they are deducted every time and the game doesn't
reimburse the coins as it should. It is really frustrating when you finally start a game, it throws you into a commercial, the numbers are still being called, it puts you back into the game, and then kicks you out!!!! Tired of losing coins!!!

I am having the same problem. I select my power ball Numbers before the game starts, if during the course of the game I use a free-space "star" power-up and it happens to cover one of the power-ball numbers it essentially negates that power-ball number if
you only have one of them on the respective cards for that game. If you have 2 or 3 of the same # and then that # is drawn and you can cover it you get credit for it. In the previous version if the free-space star power-up covered any of your power numbers
they were marked on your power card as having been drawn. In this newer version it completely negates the number as if you didn't have it

No, this is how the game should work. Putting daubers on the power card costs coins. Before you choose the numbers next time, look at where the selected numbers usually go. You will find coin numbers there- that's how many coins it costs to select 1,2, or
3 numbers on your power card. Also, these coins for power cards increase with new locations.

The prizes are awarded once the community timer runs out. This also gives you additional prizes if the community has filled the green bar. The more power bingos you get, the more your key reward will be.

I am having the same issues with the server, with dropped games, and losing tickets, power balls, and coins. I hope we are able to have adjustments made on our accounts for "money" lost while playing.

so...

now I have reinstalled the game one again.

Now the game restarts after I chose the numbers on the Thailand Power-card. and my money. for 3 Numbers 90 coins gone . that sucks!!!!
