playback of a movie that i bought

If you get a message telling you to contact support then you should contact support.

I have the same issue with xbox 360 xbox 1 and PC!!!! service status states no issues when there clearly is purchased how to train your dragon for my little boy on Friday for him to be dissapointed 🤬 and I cannot watch any of my other purchased items
needless to say I will no longer purchase anything from the xbox store hard copies only from now on

if you haven't yet, please try the following steps:

1. Please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link:
   
   http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console, be sure to wait at least 60 before the next step
2. Power down any network related devices tlike a modem/router and disconnect them from power for at least 2 minutes.
3. Reconnect the network devices again and power these on, wait until they are fully booted.
4. Power on the console again.
5. Try the movie again

Let us know the results and if it shows any errors etc. be sure to mention those too

I'm guessing you bought the HD version, if that is true, then this movie is only available for playback on your Xbox console.

Anyone tried streaming a movie over DLNA since the latest update? I have a GB wired connection to my media server but movie playback seems to have a slight stutter/delay between picture and audio. Just enough jitter to be really annoying. Music playback
is working great, so glad to have this added! Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with movie/video playback?
