Hello,

I completed the "Play your way to Rewards with Warframe" mission by downloading the game and getting 5 achievements, but I did not receive my 75 Platinum Reward. I really need this reward credited quickly as my in-game 50% off coupon is expiring very soon
today, and I need to use my 75 Platinum reward with the coupon.

Please get back to me ASAP.

Warframe FREEdom rewards for experienced players

After viewing the FREEdom reward topic for the warframe game and hoping to be able to earn a free 75 platinum i realized that to earn the platinum one must complete 5 "NEW" achievements and i was thoroughly disappointed as i am a veteran warframe player
who has a total of only 4 remaining achievements to complete. Does this mean that i am disqualified from the reward simply for being an experienced warframe player? or is there some other way to redeem/earn the reward as i would be highly disappointed at being
ineligible simply due to being a veteran player. Please get back to me with this as soon as possible because id hate for there to be another way around and have no time to complete it. thank you.

I've completed a freedom mission but not able to collect the reward

As mentioned in our FAQ for this offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity. We see that you have only gained 3 achievements, which is why you have not yet been awarded a token for platinum. If you have only recently earned your achievements, please allow additional time to process
your recent activity.

The offer can be found from your MyMissions page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/). Click the FREEdom Rewards offer, and there is a link to the redemption page in the Warframe section for FREEdom
Rewards. We have reviewed your account and confirmed that this link is there.

Support will check into it your purchases to see if they were eligible for anything. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Currently the only offer involving achievements is the Warfare offer, but it is to earn
platinum for Warframe, not Rewards credits.
