Play your own music using the new background music feature

Also, the Simple Background Music Player app can't read a majority of music file names. Most of them are blank unless you manually edit the ID3 tag information for every single track.

Xbox's background music update is the biggest joke. Such garbage. The native media player doesn't even support background music. The simple background music player app is garbage too. There is no repeat or Shuffle track option. That completely ruins the
cutscenes and gameplay experience. I have to keep opening the app back up to repeat a track I like during a cutscene. The volume changer increments are way too drastic. If I ever need to lower or higher the volume it's either way too loud or way too low. There
aren't enough increments in the volume changer bar. I'm always having to adjust the volume myself while playing a game or specifically during a cutscene. The groove music app with the OneDrive music storage option would be decent if it actually let us play
music in the background already. We're still waiting for them to update the *** thing but it's taking them so long. This is one of the worst updates I have ever scene. PS4 has a far superior background music system implemented. Xbox you need to pick it up.

In the new update it stated "Background Music: Today’s update brings the ability for the highly requested feature of Background Music, which lets you listen to your favorite music in the background while gaming on Xbox One. The Pandora app, launching soon,
is the first of many partners who will support Background Music, with Groove Music, iHeartRadio and other apps coming later."

Pandora is coming soon, as stated in the update release. However, there is one current App that will work with this function called CAST, it is a free music app. You can use this now until the other music apps are updated to work with the new Background
Music feature.
