Play music in your party using a music bot

I guess the days of playing music through our headsets will be gone now which is a shame because it is kinda nostalgic for me. Reminds me of the Xbox 360 days of people blasting music in in-game voice chat, haha!

If you're on PC please try using different USB ports and ensure that all permissions are active.

Don't use a mic, and crank some music while playing. It helps.

Or only use your mic while your in a party with friends

In order to play music that's stored on your Xbox harddrive you'll need to use the built in media player. Xbox Music is an app for use with an Xbox Music Pass to stream music and videos from the Xbox Music catalog.

The Xbox apps do not currently support playing music from a USB drive for background music. There are some 3rd party apps that have this ability like Simple Background Music Player.
