Play cloud gaming with other profiles on my primary console

I have this problem too with some games. I can't play them on my primary profile (this one) but on my other profiles I can.

It sounds like the upstairs console needs to be setup as the Home for the Primary account.

If you setup the upstairs console as the Home for the primary account , you can then add all of the family accounts to that console. Any family account will be able to access the digital games and live features without the Primary needing to be logged in.
The primary just has to be on the account.

The Basement can have the primary account on there and it will not interfere with the upstairs console when the primary logs into it. If any of the Family accounts want to use the games on the Basement console then they would have to log the primary
account in as well.

I have it setup in my house where the "kids" console in the living room is my Home console with all of the profiles on the system. the Den console just has my profile. I'm able to play on my console while they play on theirs with no interference.

You don't have to disable the cloud if you wan't to use a cloud save game on another console. The cloud you have is connected to your profile. So it doesn't matter which console your using as long as you sign in with your profile you can access the cloud anywere.

Use a cloud game save on another console

1. Sign into your Xbox LIVE profile.
2. Turn on Cloud Saved Games.
3. Start the game with the cloud game save.
4. When prompted, choose Cloud Saved Games as your storage device.
   
   

Now you can play on the other console, right where you left off. When you’re done playing, your game save is stored in the cloud.

Yes. it's been clarified by Microsoft that up to 10 family members can play the same game on separate consoles with the primary owner. However, it's unclear as to how many family members can do this simultaneously. The current guess, based upon supporting
evidence, is 1. So if that guess is true, you (as the primary owner) & 1 other family member will be able to play the same game at the same time on 2 separate consoles. It's also been stated that if there any profiles on the same console as the primary owner,
those profiles will have access to the game. This leads me to believe that at least 5 family members will be able to play the same game at the same time with 4 on 1 console & 1 on the other console. However, this is only speculation on my part, & most of us
are waiting for a clearer response from the developers at Microsoft.

Here's how it works:

1 - You buy a game & it links to your account; this makes you the primary owner.

2 - Any other profile on your console can play your game as long as your profile is on that console.

3 - How family members are chosen exactly is currently unclear.

4 - Family members can play your games on other consoles, but only 1 family member at a time.

5 - At any given time, you (as the primary owner) & ONLY 1 other family member can play the same game at the same time on separate consoles.

6 - However, you can have more family members on your console playing with you as well (so you could potentially have you & 3 other family members on 1 console (split-screen) & 1 other family member on another console for a total of 5 family members playing
the same game simultaneously).

7 - It is unclear as to whether multiple family members will be able to play on the secondary console at the same time as the primary console.
