    Play & Charge kit not working


    Hi! I bought a Play & Charge for Series X/S kit about three months ago and it stopped charging maybe two days ago.

    - I tried it with multiple cables, doesn't work

    - I get the ''plugged in'' logo, but it never charges

    - If the ''plugged in'' logo doesn't appear, but the controller is plugged, it shows my battery at about 50% I would say, but if I unplug it, it drops to 0%

    My play and charge kit is working and lasting fine on the Xbox One. And for the 360 I used the play and charge kit briefly, and i did not like the cords. So I switched to the quick charge kit. I found that to be far more satisfactory than the play and

    You don't seem to have understood my problem.

    It works fine with the cable but it doesn't work wirelessly. The controller disconnects when trying to connect it wirelessly with the play and charge kit battery. Wireless with AA batteries is fine, Wired with the charge kit is fine. Wireless
    with the play and charge kit battery doesn't work.

    I have the wireless adapter and I am trying to connect it wirelessly to my Xbox controller with the play and charge kit battery, that
    is my problem.

    Is your console turned on? Are you able to see if the battery symbol shows it is charging?

    These charging kits, unfortunately, do not last forever. Here is the play and charge support page which has more troubleshooting options. It does say Xbox One, but the kits work the same on the 360.
