    Play Anywhere


    So i couldn't find any information about this anywhere else. If i bought a play anywhere game digitaly, e.g. Ark Survival Evolved, can i download it on my Windows 10 PC and then play it simultaneously with my main gold account from my xbox and my secondary
    silver account which hosts the server? or do i need to buy 2 copies so i can crossplay at home with my brother?

    From what i could see on this page
    www.xbox.com/.../windows     - Ark isn't yet an xbox play anywhere games listing. However I have this exact same issue with Minecraft windows 10 edition and I cant find my free copy for owning it on xbox without the windows beta version telling me to buy it

    As far as I know 1 copy works on both xbox and pc but one at the same time its not that you can play the same game on xbox and pc with onlu one purchase I havent tried this I migjt try it to see how it goes good question...

    Hi, yes the game is related/attached to the account that purchased the game, so you have to be logged in on the pc with the account to play the game. No there is no way to transfer the game to another account.

    You won't see Fifa or any game from EA as part of the Play Anywhere scheme, as it requires the game to be on the Windows Store.

    If EA won't put their games on Steam, the largest PC distribution service, then they are very unlikely to put it on the Windows store.

    EA want to keep the money they get from PC sales to themselves, they don't want to give Valve or Microsoft a cut of that (rumoured to be about 20 to 30 percent.)
