    Hello, I have a quick question that I had a hard time finding a straight answer to.

    If I was to purchase a 'Play anywhere' title on my Xbox One and then download that game on my Windows 10 PC, would I be able to play with my fiance simultaneously? With her playing on her account on the Xbox (where it was purchased but not the account purchased
    from) while I play on my PC (using the account that it was purchased from.)

    [Game] UFC 3 Xbox/PC or only Xbox ?

    Hi there,

    the game UFC 3 is not a Xbox Play Anywhere game, so if you purchase it on the Windows Store you will only be able to play it on the PC.

    If you purchase the Xbox One version via the Xbox Store then you can only play it on the Xbox One console.

    Transferring games from PC to xbox one

    If any of the games are Play Anywhere games, they would be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps. Otherwise, you would have to purchase the games for the One in order to be able to play them. You can see a list of Play Anywhere games here - Xbox Play Anywhere | Xbox

    As long as the xbox is set as the profile that purchased the game home console then she would be able to play and as long as the game is cross platform you will be able to play together.

    Xbox anywhere play without Owing an Xbox

    Play Anywhere is only available for digital copies. So if you purchase a physical disc it will only work on an Xbox One.

    So does that mean that if I bought a physical copy from the Windows Store that I still wouldn't be able to use Play Anywhere?

    I wish this was more widely known or explained in advertising, as in having the Play Anywhere logo in the purchases.

    Not all games on the Xbox One are able to be played on Windows 10. Only games that have Play Anywhere specifically enabled are able to be purchased once and played on the Xbox One or on Windows 10. Also you would have to purchase a digital version of the
    game to be able to take advantage of a play anywhere title.
