Play Anywhere Horizon 4

Hello,

I have a problem trying to play Horizon 4 on both platforms. While I have the same user in my Xbox App and on my actual console, I cannot play on my Xbox One. Searching for Horizon 4 only gives me the option to buy it.

Do I need a separate Edition to play on both platforms? If not, how do I tell my Xbox to just install and use my progress.

I have a separate account for the Microsoft store, I hope that is not an issue.

It is in the three games that I have from Xbox Play Anywhere, the Gears of War 4, the Forza Horizon 4 and the Cuphead

Forza Horizon 4 is part of the Xbox Play Anywhere list as referenced in
MajorNelson.com as well as under the capabilities of the game in our
Microsoft Store.

If you have a seperate account on your PC you could add that to your Xbox. As long as this account is signed in on your xbox too if should be possible to download it and play it with your Xbox. If you want to use the same progress that will work only with
the account you use on your pc. Hope that helps.

if you bought the game on a different account you can't play the game if you bought on the account your trying to play on you should be able to download the game if you bought it digitally
