    Play anywhere function's not working


    Hello,

    I've installed Forza Motorsport 7 from redeem key code (gift from my friend) on the xbox's marketplace, all functionned correctely, I can play it right in my XBOX ONE (1st gen).

    But when I try to install it on my computer from the Windows Store, the App tells me that I have to buy it to play.

    What can I do to play it on my computer too ?

    I need help, I purchased Halo Wars 2 on my xbox app, downloaded it on my console. But it won't let me download it on my computer, when I go to it in the store it doesn't saw that I own it already. help!

    Play Anywhere not working

    You're signing in to the wrong profile. search for the content in your accounts using commerce.microsoft, and sign in in the ms store, xbox app in windows 10 using that same account.

    Hi

    When you are in the Windows 10 store click on the three dots in the top right corner
    . . . and in the list that opens select My Library and you should find the version of Forza Motorsport 7 that you own available here to download.

    When you are in the Windows 10 store click on the three dots in the top right corner
    . . . and in the list that opens select My Library and you should find the version of Forza Motorsport 7 that you own available here to download.
