    Play a game on console for xbox rewards not working


    Since couple of weeks, my rewards system doesnt work for play a game on console, play a game on game pass etc. But i get rewards for using xbox app on iphone, playing jewel, and using bing. I made hard reset, shut off and on, log out and login; didnt help. What should i do?

    Hi,

    good to know: EA play games does not count for play a game pass game. And the games have to be played 15min+.

    But if "play a game on console" doesn't work either you should contact the Rewards support. You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site of your country. (not the feedback link)

    If not then that's why,only over 18's can get reward points from game pass quests now.
