Płatność za subskrypcję która została anulowana/wyłączono rozliczanie...

Takie informacje widnieją pod tą subskrypcją. Z tego wynika iż automatyczne rozliczanie zostało wyłączone dzień po dokonaniu płatności. Wczoraj dostałem wiadomość SMS że próbowano pobrać należność z konta lecz się nie udało jak wyżej napisałem.

Such information appears under this subscription. It follows that automatic billing was turned off the day after payment.
Yesterday I received an SMS saying that I was trying to collect the payment from my account but it did not work as I wrote above.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question about a cancelled subscription if it will charge again. You should not get charged again if the subscription shows cancelled. The most likely reason it tried to collect is when it was cancelled,
it was close to the due date. At this time it adds a pending charge to the account. If the pending charge was there and it was then cancelled, that charge will still try to go through. If you like you can chat with a support agent or request a call just to
make sure it will not charge again.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
