    When I look at a game on the Microsoft Store website, I don't know at a glance if it's for sale for PC, Xbox One, or future consoles. I don't know if it has cross play (and if so with which platforms my friends might be on) or cross save between Windows and Xbox(es) or neither. I'm genuinely worried about buying the pictured game because I don't know if I can play it on Windows X and if so, can I play wt with my friends on Xbox One and PS4 (I don't want to play this particular kind of game solo). It would be nice if all this info was in the area where the Xbox Live logo is now.

    For example, if you search for Gears 5, it says Play Anywhere, but if you search for Minecraft Dungeons, it does not say that. I know from people that got screwed buying it that it is sold separately on Xbox and Windows 10 and that it offers cross play but not cross save, so they had to start all over or just not play one of the versions they bought. But even then, does it offer cross play with my friend who has it on Switch? I don't even know HOW to find that information out, whether the answer is a yes or a no.

    I feel like you're really missing out not branding these things as Xplay and Xsave and slapping icons on storefronts and boxes and making a big deal about how inclusive your games are.

    So you bought the coins via EA? Are you certain you purchased coins for the right platform? They are platform specific, I believe. I would check on your purchase history and description for the item you purchased to make sure it for the right
    platform. Your best bet would be to reach out to support via the store that you purchased them from directly. If you purchase on Xbox they don't send a code, they are applied to your account on that platform.
    I bought it from Microsoft store but for PC platform, and i didn't knew Microsoft store only deals with Xbox.

    Owning it on one platform doesn't allow you to play it for free on other platforms. You would have to purchase it for PC in order to play it on PC. You can buy it through the Microsoft Store app on PC or through the Minecraft website.

    Developers could add Microsoft achievements on any platform they choose, but with rare exception mostly limited to Minecraft and casual games like Solitaire that doesn't happen

    99.9% of the time achievements are isolated to Microsoft platforms like Xbox and the Windows store. You must play those specific versions to unlock them.
