Pixels Promotion

I bought the movie Pixels today through my Xbox One from the Microsoft Movie store and it says I get a copy of Geometry Wars free. I have not received the game or any codes yet. I contacted tech support and they said the promotion ended on October 19th.
They did not know if I was eligible for it even though it is still on the Xbox store. Does anyone know what will happen? The store does not say when the offer ended and if it is for 360 or One.

I never received my code for Geometry Wars 3 after buying Pixels.

I also never received Halo Spartan **** for preordering Halo 5 Premium.

I'm in the same boat, and I bought my copy of Pixels on 10/10/2015 and haven't received a code in Messages or via email. It wasn't automatically added to My Games & Apps either.

Also Dino Commando is right, it wasn't clear on the Xbox One promo page when it was visible on the Games Store and the Pixel's description in the Movies & TV Store still mentions the promo without any end date.

 

Xybr - the code should be sent about 4 weeks after the end of the prokotion, so that's why you haven't received it yet.

 

I picked up the movie on Halloween because they were still advertising for the free game. So you mean to tell me that I'm just stuck with just the movie that I didn't really want in the first place?

 

Add me to the list of buying from Microsoft movies after promotion ended, even thooffer was still up on main page of movies. Are we getting game or not, no way I would have purchased this movie without free game.

 

I still haven't recieved a code of Geometry Wars 3 as well, and I purchased Pixels during the promo on the 17th of October; although, the promo ended on the 19th of October. I'm a bit upset, because I paid $19.99 for something, but simultaneously recieved
nothing, from the promo that was advertised for several weeks, even after the date was expired. I believe that every Xbox Live member that have participated in this Promo deserves an apology, for not recieving content, due to falsified advertising.
