Pixelmon Realms saying I don't have a Minecraft profile

I understand and am sorry for the problem you are presenting, first things first. Realms will not work with Pixelmon. Realms are basic servers hosted by Mojang and cannot be modified.

Second, are you using the same login credentials on your new PC that you previously used from the laptop?

Sorry to say this, but it is only available on pc editions of minecraft. It is a mod called "pixelmon"

Creating a Minecraft Realm requires that you have a Mojang account with a Minecraft profile. If you don't yet own Minecraft, you can purchase it from our
store. If you have an old Minecraft account,
and still log in with your username, you need to migrate to a Mojang account to use Realms.

You can purchase or extend a Minecraft Realm from your account page. Alternatively, your subscription settings can be found in-game by selecting your Realm,
clicking Configure, then clicking Subscription.

I redeemed this perk this morning and it doesn't work at all. If I try to go to realms in-game, using java edition as instructed, it just brings up a screen with a link to try a free trial, or a link to buy a realm. When I go to my microsoft account to look at my subscriptions it lists me having a minecraft realm for the next three months.

I'm about ready to cancel my subscription right now. Don't want to be charged when it rolls around for nothing. If it says I have a realm then why don't I have a realm in the game?

In addition, to cancel or disable the auto-renew feature of the subscription, you will need to locate the specific PSN account where the Minecraft realms subscription is active by signing your account on PlayStation.com > go to Account Management > Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen > Select Cancel Subscription next to the subscription you would like to cancel.
