Pixal Format not Accelerated, what does that mean?

Recently, while playing modded MC, the game crashed hard, to the point I think it effected my PC and caused my screen to go rave party mode with colors. Now, my game will not open up and it'll show this. I don't know what this means, let alone how to fix it. Can anyone help me?

Edit; Should've checked and mentioned this too, but the same error even shows up when I try to play vanilla, so I am not sure if it's a mod that's making this error happen.

Well, here's the thing, because I just thought about checking it now, but even without the mods, if I try to play vanilla 1.12.2, it still shows the same error and 'pixel format not accelerated', so it's not the mods, something happened that's effecting the game as a whole.

The first one is checking if Windows and your drivers are up-to-date.

You can check for Windows updates via PC Settings > Update & Security > Windows update > click on “Get Updates”.

You can check for driver updates by visiting your PC manufacturer website.

The second one is opening the task manager > click on the startup tab > click “disable” on the apps listed.

Restart the PC and try playing Minecraft.

The third one is doing a clean boot on your Windows PC.

I’m sorry to hear a modded MC is causing you issues on your PC. However, I take the opportunity to let you know that we’re not able to assist with modded games.

You may want to report the problem to the mod creator of Minecraft works fine without any mods installed/activated.

Once formatted on the console, USB drive can only be used on the console.

It will not be usable on your PC without first reformatting it.
