    had customer support callback, 20 min later. robo callback, I press 1 for connection to rep. Young lady asks what the issue is, I tell her. She is obviously, and audibly engaged in a game on her cell phone that is distracting her and seems displeased that I interupted her. I might add that I waited 20 min for callback and received a callback at 5:59 pm and closing time is 6 pm, so she says she is going to transfer me to hardware because my xbox is broken, and vanishes as her voice is replaced with "our hours are x-6pm and we are now closed". I might add, the xbox is not hardware damaged, it is a simple 2fa app issue that I had questions about, the website does not match the info and I cannot continue. Please pull the call and get back to me asap. that female thing does not deserve her job. I worked in call centers for a while and I always ran into coworkers like that, and they never lasted long. please do us a favor and put her out of our misery. My wife, a call center manager for almost a decade, was aghast at how the xbox rep couldnt get away from her responsibility faster. Remember, xbox live is a paid service.

    If you're not getting the options to chat with support or request a call back, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
