Bonjour,

Je n'ai aucun problème pour me connecter, mais lorsque je veux jouer en réseau , uniquement sur Fifa20, on me demande un code d'accès alors que je n'ai jamais créé de compte EA. Si je demande ce code, l'adresse mail qui apparaît n'est pas la mienne, le numéro
de portable non plus.

Je pense avoir été piraté mais je ne sais pas comment sortir de cette situation

First off I'm using Bing Translate so I'm sorry if I'm miss understanding the situation. But if I'm understanding your issus correctly you are saying you believe you have been hacked. If this is the case contact Customer support by phone ASAP so they can
investagte this case for you. They are the only ones who can help and they will help.

Sorry to hear your account was hacked. I do not think you need to close your account. However, I do recommend enabling 2-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure that if someone does get hold of your password again they will not be able to log in without the
2-factor authentication code that is sent to you.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Sounds like you need some sort of "Proof" from Microsoft that your account was hacked so that you can give that to Rockstar? In that case, you should try contacting a live agent. On the forums, we don't send emails or any
sort of confirmations to customers. Follow these steps to get in touch with a live agent.
