    Hi everyone,

    Pins on my Xbox do not show up on the Xbox app on my phone, using ios13.3.

    Likewise, adding pins to the ios app does not sync with my Xbox One.

    I have logged out and reinstalled the app. I am unsure what else to try. Any ideas? Anyone else experiencing this?

    You can report any bug you find through the xbox app bug feedback in order to let the support know about the issue.

    Pandora app please

    It is possible to listen to Pandora from XBOX ONE using Internet Explorer. You can even pin a shortcut to Pandora on your home screen. No difference between that and an app really.

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    I can see that you are having trouble logging into the Xbox app with a different account than the one you used for your computer. This issue might be caused by a mismatch between the PIN settings for Windows Hello and the Xbox app. To fix this, please follow these steps:



    1. Open the Settings app on your computer and go to Accounts > Sign-in options.

    2. Under Windows Hello PIN, click on Change and enter your current PIN.

    3. On the next screen, uncheck the option that says "Use my Windows Hello PIN for apps and services".

    4. Click on OK to save the changes and close the Settings app.

    5. Restart your computer and try logging into the Xbox app again with the different account.

    This should allow you to use a different PIN for the Xbox app than the one you use for Windows Hello. If you still encounter the same error message, please let me know and I will assist you further. Thank you for choosing Xbox and have a great day!
