Pins and groups deleted from games and apps

Thank you for contacting the forums. You can manually select games/apps through the Menu button (It is 3 lines on the right of your Xbox button) and place them into what is known as groups (or your pins). I would like you to read this

article on grouping your games and apps on Xbox One. It is also possible to rearrange your Xbox home screen, you can click on the View button (it is on the left of your Xbox button) to customize your blocks. From there you can move, add or delete blocks
to your liking. You may want to move your pins/groups to the top for easy access through the home screen.

Unfortunately there’s no other way to have a quick way on setting games and apps as shortcuts to pins/groups. This has happened to me as well it’ll be in the group/pins section and it’ll say to see in store. Usually you’ll just have to remove it and add it back to the group/pins tab you have made. You can as well just press the Xbox guide button press Y button to search for apps/games as well.

Yeah, pins section has been replace with notifications but you'll also notice that now your pins are grouped under "My Games & Apps" button. So they are there, just under a different button but with a better grouping feature

Would it be called "pins"? It's where you pin games in there own tab so you can get to them faster, if you go to "my games and apps", it's the "groups" section.

I was able to resolve this issue by logging onto my Xbox 360 and deleting pins. They were maxed out at 200. Deleted all pins and now I can pin from anywhere including the console and Xbox app.
