    I have tried everything, wired, wireless, rebooting xbox, rebooting router, im at a loss. Nighthawk app really sucks, it doesnt give the option to basicly do anything helpful. I used to have consistant 12 ms ping with fiber but now its hard to even play multiplayer games at all at 100 plus. Any ideas or help? My app speed test is saying 3 ms.

    your pinging an Xbox server somewhere in the country, don't worry about it. The place you're going on speed test is probably only a few miles away
