Ping Issues

Hey there,

The issues you're running into may come down to the your home network, or the connection between the network and the game servers your network is reaching out to. This can sometimes be eliminated completely using a wired connection to your Xbox One console.
Could you try a wired connection via Ethernet do your modem and give it another shot? That's the most effective first step to try when addressing random lag spikes. If you would like to try additional steps before trying a wired connection, give these steps
a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until your console fully powers down.
  
• While your Xbox One console is off, remove power from your router and modem and let it sit for 5 minutes.
• After the 5 minutes are up, plug your network equipment back in and give it a few seconds to power on before turning your Xbox One back on.
• Test to see if the results change.
• If the issue continues, proceed with a wired connection to see if the connection is more reliable.

Are you on Xbox or PC?

Have you tried other online games?

Also, have you tried a different network connection just to test it out?

Thank you for that. If you can try using a hotspot that would be great to test it out and if the same issue occurs and only with the game it's an issue with their server.

No, I use an Ethernet cable connected to my internet box to my Xbox.

Thank you so much for that if this is only happening with one game it may mean that it's an issue on their end but we will validate.

By different network connection, it can be a mobile hotspot or a network connection from a different house if ever you have visited one.
