Tenia el mismo problema.

Mi recomendación por experiencia y si esta en tus posibilidades es:

1: Conecta te al modem por cable. (este modem es el que te proporciona la compania que te da el servicio de internet)

2: Apagar el WIFI de tu modem ( si fuera el caso la 2.4 y la 5G eso al menos cuando juegas para que tengas menor ping)

3: Si esta en tus posibilidades compra un router adicional y todos los dispositivos que se conectaban al modem ahora conecta los al nuevo router. (Sin encender el wifi de tu modem principal). Este ultimo dispositivo se puede configurar como tu lo creas necesario.

Con estos pasos yo mejore mi ping de 200ms a 42 y 76 ms dependiendo el juego y la ubicacion de los servidores del juego.

Esto se logro con 20mb de ancho de banda y con servicio de cobre, es decir, sin fibra optica.

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
