    the person in the title sabotaged my account and managed to suspend me until january 5, 2018. I gameshared him earlier, but we got into a fight which made him mad and did it. By the way my gamertag is . I told him to stop but he wouldn’t listen
    to me. He still has access to my account on the xbox app

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    The best thing to do would be to change your password on your account and if he tries to sign back in it would ask him for the new password and if he cant put the new password in then he wouldn't be able to sign into your account.

    another thing You are responsible for any activity that is done on your account so as far as the suspension goes if you gave him access to your account through game sharing and he violated the code of conduct it is still your responsibility for your account
    and you can try and do a case review with the enforcement team at enforcement.xbox.com and see if they may be able to lift the suspension sooner for you.
