    Pictures and Achievements Disappearing


    Hi Guys.

    I’ve been having this problem of my pictures and achievements disappearing from time to time. Today I signed into my account and checked my profile and everything was wiped off my activity feed, except the picture I pinned. Has this happened to anyone else
    before? How do I stop it from happening again?

    Profile picture and gamer score disappearing?

    For the last couple days now my gamer picture and gamer score just disappears and says 0G I don't know what the problem is I don't know if it is my Xbox or Microsoft or anything else also when I'm on dashboard my avatar disappears some times dose any body
    know what is happening.

    Hi Lily! Sorry to hear about your profile shenanigans. Let's see if we can get this fixed for you.

    First off, I would recommend you delete your profile (profile only)

    Then, go ahead and clear your cache.

    Lastly, redownload your profile.

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    Definitely need the option of themes, a photo, an achievement picture or a different colour for the background.

    As Shaggy2000 said, some achievement pictures have a lot of detail and would make a great gamer picture or background.
