picturebox.savepicture has stopped creating valid .bmp files

In a VB6 app in use by 5000+ users for 20+ years, you'd think nothing is new. But in an ever improving app, it happens. In a function that creates pictures, this line of code is used:

SavePicture SlicedPic.Image, ImageDirectory + "image.bmp"

It has always resulted in a valid file that looks just like it did on my screen. But this week, instead it produces an empty .bmp file.

The directory is valid; the file is generated in the right place.

Permissions are not involved, a file gets created.

I have 2 complete copies of the source code. One is for production and the other for development activities. Both are currently active in unrelated issues. Both exhibit same problem.

Try converting the images to a .BMP file instead and try accessing them again on the xbox 360.

where is that bmp you need 20 kills located at?

Correct. BMP is only on Oman. Bazaar is the BTR.
